At Pailan College of Management & Technology, our efforts are directed towards equipping students to be imaginative and venture beyond the realms of existing boundaries; making each one capable of excelling individually and contributing effectively to a team. The world is changing at an unprecedented pace. The paradigms of business and technology are shifting tectonically. Our students are competent and equipped to face the challenges of this overtly dynamic world.

We constantly strive to create an environment that nourishes the young minds with that beyond the horizon of the regulated syllabi through training sessions, industry exposure, seminars, on site visits and guest lectures. Sessions with industry experienced teachers also equip them to face real life situations especially at interviews. To site an example: our first batch of B.Tech underwent a comprehensive training from NIIT Ltd on different Software platforms; the programmed also included soft skill components which made the students aware of the various corporate norms which -more often than not- make vital differences.

2012 brought us a new challenge of the first batch of B.Tech.  While accreditation processes are underway, the students have already faced more than 25 opportunities with companies ranging from IT development to core engineering; more are in the pipeline.
